Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

HydroJug accepts return requests within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Be unused and unworn, exactly as you received it
Include all original packaging, tags, parts, and materials
Pass a quality inspection by the HydroJug team confirming suitability for resale

Returns that are missing original packaging or show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift certificates and gift cards
Items purchased as final sale or clearance
Products damaged due to customer negligence after delivery

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. To cancel, contact HydroJug immediately at juzogtobias@gmail.com. After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Returning Your Items

When returning items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Please note that any shipping fees paid during your original purchase are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once HydroJug receives and inspects your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or differs from what you ordered, retain all original packaging and notify HydroJug immediately at juzogtobias@gmail.com. HydroJug will promptly address and resolve the issue.

Order Processing and Delivery

Order processing typically takes 2-4 business days before shipment.
Shipping delivery times generally range from 7-15 business days, depending on your location.
