Order Processing

At HydroJug, every order is handled with care to ensure timely delivery. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that during major holidays or special sale events, processing may take longer.

Shipping Timeframe

Once your order leaves HydroJug’s fulfillment center, shipments within the United States generally arrive within 7-12 business days. Delivery speed may vary based on your location, carrier handling, customs procedures, and unforeseen events such as weather interruptions or transit delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your order details and displayed during checkout. You will see these fees before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

After your package ships, HydroJug will send you an email containing your tracking information. Allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update before checking your shipment’s status online.

Order Cancellation

You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order to prevent shipment processing. To cancel, please contact HydroJug promptly at juzogtobias@gmail.com. Requests received after 12 hours may not be fulfilled.

Returns and Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Once HydroJug receives and inspects your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
